This is an amazing video of one of my favorite people - and a killer founder & entrepreneur - Kellee Khalil, founder of Lover.ly, on her move into a new office and the rush & terror of being an entrepreneur. Great video by moving startup Unpakt. Two quotes I love:

“Specifically for women, you have to go at it hard when you’re young. I feel that, for the amount of risk I wanted to take, I had to do it when I had nobody relying on me.”

and

“If you lean in to the fear, it feels a lot more like excitement. That’s how I approach business.”

Love seeing Kellee use “lean in” here - that’s Sheryl Sandberg’s overarching advice to women, and the title of her upcoming book. Kellee does that 100%. She’s amazing. (Can you tell I love her? Also I am an advisor to Lover.ly and should probably say that. Also, TheLi.st offices are in the Loverly offices in the vid above. So, this is hardly an arms-length endorsement. Just means I know from up close how awesome Kellee is.)

Either way - great & inspiring video. Check it out.
